Common questions

Do I need an appointment for Holter monitoring?
No appointment is necessary — we offer a walk-in service, so you can come in any time during clinic hours with your GP referral. If you prefer, you can also book a convenient time online through our website.
Can I shower with a Holter monitor?
No. The device must stay completely dry. Shower before your appointment, not after fitting.
How long will I wear it?
24 hours, 48 hours, or up to 7 days — your doctor will specify the duration on the referral.
What if an electrode falls off?
Press it back on. If it keeps coming loose, contact our clinic.
When will my GP get the results?
Dr Tashi's report is typically sent to your referring doctor within 4 business days of device return.
